Job summary

Hauff-Technik is seeking a Sales Support Engineer (f/m/x) in the United Arab Emirates to assist the Sales and Technical teams with quotations, commercial offers, technical proposals and product selections. You will review customer enquiries, BOQs, drawings and specifications to identify suitable products, coordinate with the Technical team, and prepare datasheets, submittals and compliance statements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
1–2 years in technical sales, engineering support, construction, or related fields.
Strong communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.
Willingness to attend project/site visits.
UAE driving license not required.

Responsibilities

Support sales and technical teams in quotations, offers, proposals and product selections.
Review enquiries, BOQs, drawings and specifications to identify suitable products.
Coordinate with Technical team to address requirements and clarify details.
Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation (datasheets, submittals, compliance statements).
Liaise with stakeholders for pricing, availability, lead times and delivery costs.
Attend project/site visits and meetings with customers and consultants as required.
Develop sealing solutions based on drawings and site conditions.
