CyberArk Solutions Engineer - Dubai (Middle East & Turkey)

CyberArk is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Dubai, covering the Middle East and Turkey. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills, with the ultimate goal of securing technical wins during the sales cycle. You will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage, working with multiple stakeholders to match customer requirements with CyberArk's Identity Security Platform. Effective communication of technological and product positioning to both technical and business audiences is essential, as is identifying technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

We are looking for someone who can articulate CyberArk’s value and design optimal solutions for complex customer infrastructures on a global scale.

Success in this role requires comfort in a dynamic, expanding technical environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships across various organizational levels. Organizational skills, analytical thinking, and creativity in overcoming sales obstacles are also crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Support presales activities including solution demonstrations and architecture reviews
  • Develop new and existing technical relationships to generate sales opportunities
  • Present CyberArk’s technical value proposition effectively to customers and partners
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and functional insights
  • Lead technical proofs of concept (POCs) for customers
  • Support CyberArk and partner seminars and industry events
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management
  • Develop technical knowledge of CyberArk solutions and integrations
  • Mentor other system engineers when appropriate
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of presales or professional service experience in a high-tech sales environment with a proven success record
  • Experience with enterprise security management, identity management, or policy management solutions, especially in IAM and SIEM domains
  • Understanding of security concepts and organizational security roles to meet technical and regulatory standards
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, databases; scripting, DevOps experience is a plus
  • Certifications such as CISSP or SANS are highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the territory and beyond
  • Degree in MIS/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
