Team Description

The Solutions Engineering team seeks hands-on engineers to help partners and internal teams design, build, and scale on the Sui blockchain. This team supports integration with the Sui framework, designing and implementing smart contracts in the Move language, and building full-stack applications for various purposes. If you enjoy solving real-world problems with clean code and collaborating across teams, this is a unique opportunity to work at the core of a fast-moving Web3 ecosystem.

Role Description

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of Sui & Move technologies globally. You will design and develop Smart Contracts, create innovative solutions, and build tools and resources to showcase the capabilities of the Sui ecosystem. This role requires a proactive, developer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and build on blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js with SQL and Key-Value storage technologies.
2. Design and implement smart contracts using the Move programming language for real-world use cases.
3. Create technical demos, internal tools, and reference applications to illustrate building on Sui and interacting with Move.
4. Collaborate with educators to support workshops, coding sessions, and content; provide guidance to developers integrating Sui.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for frontend development.
• Understanding of Next.js and Node.js for backend logic and APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases and Redis in production.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for UI development.
• Ability to debug and optimize full-stack applications.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Open to feedback and enjoy working closely with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to blockchain, Web3, or smart contract development.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring developers.
• Comfort leading workshops and creating technical content.
