Job summary

Addepar is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will design and implement out-of-the-box solutions for new clients in a fast-growing, data-driven wealth management platform.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, deep understanding of finance and technology, and ownership of client happiness with a hands-on, hands-on learning approach. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to onboard sophisticated investors,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve goals.
• Define and manage project expectations across client and internal teams, balancing time zones and priorities.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its applications to wealth and investment management workflows.
• Collaborate to develop playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices for the EMEA market.
