Job summary

Addepar in Dubai is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to design and implement client-ready solutions for sophisticated investors. You will lead onboarding, model financial instruments, and align technology with wealth management workflows across the EMEA region.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, independence, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships. Occasional travel to client sites is expected as part of delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services SaaS consulting or similar client-facing roles.
• Proven success in solution delivery or client onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
• Manage data onboarding portfolio setup and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals.
• Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams balancing multiple time zones and priorities.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar's platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
• Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence.
