Job summary

ADIB in Dubai is seeking a Senior Investment Advisor to partner with Relationship Managers across Wealth and Priority coverage, ensuring the suitability of investment products and conducting regular portfolio reviews.

You will provide rebalancing recommendations based on the client’s risk appetite and time horizon, act as SME for investment solutions, and deliver market insights to position ADIB as a thought leader in the investment space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Min 4–7 years in wealth management, financial advisory, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client investment portfolios with regular reviews.
• Guide wealth and priority teams on asset allocation and strategies.
• Recommend rebalancing to align with goals and market conditions.
• Advise RMs on opportunities and client needs.
• Support sign-up of NTW clients to grow UHNW/HNW portfolios.
• Ensure governance and compliance in advisory processes.
• Provide market updates and investment outlooks.
• Deliver ongoing training to Relationship Managers.
