Job summary

Bespin Global MEA, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a Solutions Architect in Dubai to drive multi-cloud adoption across Azure and AWS. You will design architectures, lead customer workshops and present ROI-focused solutions to executives.

This techno-commercial role partners with sales, supports RFP/RFI responses, and guides customers from architecture to delivery, ensuring business value and cost efficiency. Stay ahead of trends and communicate with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in presales/solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS (at least two cloud platforms).
• Ability to translate technical details into business value.

Job description

The Solutions Architect is expected to drive multi-cloud adoption (Azure, AWS) across enterprise customers. This is a techno-commercial role where you’ll design architectures, lead customer workshops, and position solutions that deliver both technical excellence and business value.

This role ’ll work closely with sales teams, engage with C-level executives, and influence customer decisions with your ability to simplify technology and connect it to ROI, TCO, and business outcomes.

Job Accountabilities:

Customer Engagement & Solutioning:

• Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS that meet scalability, security, and performance needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning technology solutions with business outcomes.
• Support the sales cycle with RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to position value-driven solutions that balance technical fit and commercial viability.
• Participate in TCO, ROI, and cost optimization discussions, helping customers build a strong business case for cloud adoption.
• Partner with delivery and operations teams to validate feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, architecture review sessions, and executive briefings.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Job Specification:

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years in presales / solution architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in at least two major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge:

• Infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
• Knowledge around Microsoft ecosystem like Co pilot, Co pilot Studio etc will be beneficial
