Leveraging a robust API engine, advanced automation, and a scalable architecture, we simplify complex tasks-such as data integration, trading, reporting, and compliance-making them fast, seamless, and accurate for our clients.

As we scale our operations and enhance our platform, we are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the architectural framework, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and driving innovation within our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement scalable architectural solutions that align with Reluna's business and technical goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS for security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide the engineering team in best practices for software development, system design, and DevOps.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through well-structured architecture and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve the platform's efficiency and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural governance across the engineering team.
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and containerization.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, Go, Python
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, AG Grid, D3
• Cloud: Azure, AWS
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in software architecture and engineering, with a strong background in designing distributed and scalable systems.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with our tech stack or similar technologies.
• Cloud Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern deployment strategies.
• System Design: Strong grasp of microservices architecture, API design, and data security best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and high-performance distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Russian language at working professional capacity is an advantage
