Job description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable technology solutions across our UAE-based operations. This role bridges business goals and technical execution, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements to design end-to-end technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture
2. Define and document architecture blueprints, data flows, and integration strategies
3. Lead the selection and implementation of platforms, frameworks, and tools to support scalable systems
4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and project success
5. Provide guidance on best practices in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and system security
6. Ensure alignment of solutions with cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance standards
7. Conduct technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews across multiple projects
8. Support DevOps and CI/CD practices, enabling agile solution delivery
9. Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2. 6+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise IT solutions
3. Proven experience in designing cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications preferred)
4. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing
5. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and modern software development practices
6. Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
8. Strong documentation and diagramming skills (e.g., using UML, ArchiMate, or similar tools)
9. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
10. Prior experience in UAE or GCC technology environments is highly preferred
