About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join our technology team!

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions for complex programs, covering CRM, ERP, Middleware, mobile apps, web portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards. Prepares and reviews solution design documents, and integration artifacts such as system interfaces and sequence diagrams. Assesses technical feasibility, addresses constraints, and estimates Total Cost of Ownership for proposed solutions. Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Maintains comprehensive documentation of designs and workflows, facilitates regular review meetings, and communicates technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for complex programs that impact several systems, such as CRM, ERP, Middleware, mobile app, web portal, etc.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure the solution is technically feasible in each impacted system and it meets business requirements.
• Create/review solution design document covering solution architecture, application capabilities, integrations, sequence diagrams
• Identify and address technical and business constraints to ensure feasible and efficient solutions.
• Promote reusability, standardization, and modularization across enterprise programs to reduce cost and time-to-market.
• Ensure architectural standards are followed across solutions (Performance, Security, High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Observability, Data Residency Compliance).
• Design Azure infrastructure in an Azure cloud-native environment
• Calculate the Total Cost of Ownership of the designed solution
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand business challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor, influencing stakeholders and driving consensus on proposed solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, APIs, and technical processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus
• Proficient in English

Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Solution Architect
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Azure (Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure AD B2C, Azure AKS, Azure Application Insights, Azure Key Vault, Azure Front Door, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Compute, Azure SQL Database, Azure CosmosDB, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with digital solutions, iOS apps, Android apps, Web/Portal technologies
• Good understanding of ERP solutions
• Good understanding of CRM solutions
• Knowledge of integration technologies (API Gateway, Middleware, SOAP, REST, Batch, Message Queue, Event-Driven)
• Deep understanding of enterprise application standards (Performance, Security, High Availability, Observability, Data Residency Compliance)

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• TOGAF certification
• Experience with React Native, NextJS, Sitecore, Firebase, Google Analytics
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint
