Job description

Key Results & Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture artifacts, including conceptual and logical architectures, ensuring all system documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Own the architecture, design, and technology stack of the Licensing System, ensuring seamless integration within RTA’s internal systems and with external stakeholders.
• Govern and oversee all changes to the Licensing System — including enhancements to existing modules or the addition of new services — by coordinating with vendor architects to ensure alignment with RTA’s architecture standards and principles.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Information Technology Department and the Corporate Architecture Review Team (CART) to ensure the system architecture aligns with RTA’s enterprise architecture framework and integration requirements.
• Conduct regular system audits and health checks, covering architecture integrity, security compliance, and performance efficiency. Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the Licensing System is future-proof and adaptable, by staying informed on emerging technologies, analyzing trends, and planning for continuous modernization and transformation.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities related to the role as needed.
