We’re seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in CRM systems, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise integrations to support a high-profile digital transformation program in Dubai. This 12-month contract role is ideal for a hands-on architect with a proven track record of delivering scalable, integrated technology solutions across complex environments.

Contract Type : On-site in Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Freshworks etc ) aligned with business and customer needs.
• Drive AI adoption across the organization through intelligent automation, analytics, and AI-enhanced platforms.
• Design and implement solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with core ERP systems like SAP and Yardi.
• Lead end-to-end system design, including data models, APIs, workflows, and middleware solutions.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and configuration of third-party platforms and tools.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in a solution architecture role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Freshworks, etc.).
• Experience implementing and integrating AI and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, AI-based analytics, Chatbots).
• Solid understanding of ERP systems integration – especially SAP and Yardi.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Skilled in API design, data integration, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
