Job summary

Sectona is seeking a Presales/System Engineer to join the Solution Engineering team in Dubai. In this role, you will engage with customers, providing technical guidance and building sales presentations for our security platform. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in system engineering and security solutions, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Presales/System Engineer/System Engineering experience.
• 2 years experience in Security Solution System Management or System Administration.
• Certifications: CISSP, MCSE, CPT, CEH are a plus.

What you will do for Sectona

The Solution Engineering team is involved in all stages of the customer's development lifecycle. You will engage in firsthand customer interactions to resolve issues. If you have technical depth and desire to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment, this role is for you. We are looking for great teammates who can build sales presentations, product demos, and educate customers on the best ways to use our security platform.

• Involved in all stages of the customer's development lifecycle, using presentations, email, phone, and social media to connect with customers.

Build sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers and partners on cloud security technology.

Provide well-thought-out and reliable guidance, both technical and non-technical, to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain Sectona products.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding response quality, timeliness, and overall experience.

Create process or troubleshooting documentation for the support knowledge base.

Requirements

Skills and Experience you require

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS)
• 4 years of Presales/System Engineer/System Engineering experience in System Integration or OEM background
• 2 years experience in Security Solution System Management, System Administration, or Presales
• Expertise in core Microsoft product stack including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and IIS.
• Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWS Cloud Services, or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of risk management, security policies, controls, user account lifecycle management, and role-based access.

Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person).

Certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, CPT, CEH are a plus.
