Solution Architecture Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement Sales Service Marketing Field Service).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power BI Power Apps).
• Experience integrating CRM with banking systems (Core Banking ERP Payment Platforms Fraud Detection Systems).
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services, API development, and middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored for banking operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial applications.
• Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps aligning with banking IT strategy.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (optional but beneficial).
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred for cloud-based implementations).
• Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications) (preferred).
