Summary:
The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing comprehensive solutions that span multiple lines of service, including non-traditional (industry-specific/bespoke) solutions. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the cross-line-of-service solutioning strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Leads and takes accountability for the solutions he/she is responsible for, working with a team of technical professionals, architects, and support staff to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Identifies opportunities for collaboration and integration across multiple Lines of Service.
- Leads the design and development of integrated solutions tailored to the needs of multiple Lines of Service.
- Ensures solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Collaborates closely with clients to understand their cross-functional needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provides expert advice and recommendations to optimize clients' business processes.
- Offers technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
- Stays updated on emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in solutioning approaches.
- Identifies potential risks in cross-line-of-service solutions and implements mitigation strategies.
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to promote collaboration.
- Acts as a point of contact for cross-line-of-service solutioning queries and discussions.
- Ensures compliance with technology contracts and agreements.

Required Language Skills:
- Proficient in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Certifications such as PMP are desirable.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 12 years of professional experience in solution management across various industries, including BPO, outsourcing, or Shared Services, preferably in the Middle East.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
