Summary:

The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing comprehensive solutions that span multiple lines of service, including non-traditional (industry-specific/bespoke) solutions. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes the cross-line-of-service solutioning strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Leads and takes accountability for the solutions he/she is responsible for, working with a team of technical professionals, architects, and support staff to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Identifies opportunities for collaboration and integration across multiple Lines of Service.
  • Leads the design and development of integrated solutions tailored to the needs of multiple Lines of Service.
  • Ensures solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborates closely with clients to understand their cross-functional needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provides expert advice and recommendations to optimize clients' business processes.
  • Offers technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
  • Stays updated on emerging trends to drive continuous improvement in solutioning approaches.
  • Identifies potential risks in cross-line-of-service solutions and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to promote collaboration.
  • Acts as a point of contact for cross-line-of-service solutioning queries and discussions.
  • Ensures compliance with technology contracts and agreements.

Required Language Skills:

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 12 years of professional experience in solution management across various industries, including BPO, outsourcing, or Shared Services, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
