Responsibilities
- Oracle Fusion HCM Application Management — Oversee and manage Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HC, Absence, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning), ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with HC processes.
- Employee Data Management & Reporting — Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle Fusion, ensuring timely updates for new hires, transfers, promotions, exits, and other lifecycle events; generate standard and ad hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, salary benchmarking, increment letters, performance ratings, compliance reports) for HR and leadership.
- HR Process Enablement — Support annual HC cycles such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, compensation / increment processes, and promotions; assist with requisition creation, recruitment tracking, and onboarding activities.
- System Maintenance & Issue Resolution — Perform routine system audits, monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot HC system issues, coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve defects, apply updates / patches, and test quarterly releases to ensure business continuity.
- User Access & Security — Manage HC system user roles and permissions, ensuring secure and appropriate access in line with HC policies.
- Collaboration with HR & Business Stakeholders — Partner with HC Business Partners, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to ensure system capabilities meet operational and strategic needs; provide training and guidance to HC users on system functionalities and enhancements.
- Compliance & Data Integrity — Ensure HR system processes and reports comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and labor law / regulatory guidelines; conduct root cause analysis for recurring system / data issues and implement preventive measures.
- Continuous Improvement & Analytics — Identify opportunities to enhance HC processes through automation, improved system configuration, and advanced reporting; support leadership with workforce analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-backed HR strategies.
