Job summary

Facade Today invites an accomplished Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for web, mobile, microservices, APIs and cloud-native platforms in Dubai, UAE. You will define standards, patterns, and best practices, translating business requirements into secure, scalable solutions while providing technical leadership across cloud, integration and security.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years designing web/mobile applications, microservices, and APIs.
• 5+ years cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, service mesh, and virtualization.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years cybersecurity/information security.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, software engineering, and cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, application development, integration, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, event streams, message brokers, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Logging & Monitoring, OWASP Top 10, Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect and data modelling tools.
• Understanding of architectural design patterns and enterprise integration.
• Analytical, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Collaborate with information security teams to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards.
• Use architecture and data modelling tools to create solution designs and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior and associate architects.
