Solution Architect

Help AG is seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in identifying opportunities and positioning Help AG's security solutions with customers and prospects. The role involves creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses, ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts, and supporting customer success during and after implementation from a technological and solutions perspective. The Solution Architect will collaborate with the delivery team and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. This position is crucial for Help AG's market success and is strongly sales-oriented to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Discover opportunities and position Help AG's security services to customers and prospects, including creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses.
2. Ensure the success of Proof of Concepts.
3. Support customer success during and after implementation by ensuring alignment with the delivery teams and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
4. Contribute to Help AG's success in the market with a strong sales focus to increase business.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant security certifications from vendors and independent bodies.
2. Excellent understanding of cybersecurity challenges and strategies.
3. Experience in positioning managed security services, GRC, and VAPT services.
4. Technical knowledge of Cloud IT and Security Technologies.
5. Strong consulting skills with both technical and commercial understanding.
6. Deep understanding of technology concepts.
7. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
8. Solid business acumen.
9. Excellent report and technical documentation skills.
10. Strong presentation skills.
11. Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
12. Team player, optimistic, customer-centric, and independent.
13. Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
14. Pre-sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
