Job Overview
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will manage the complete lifecycle of solar energy projects from identifying potential customers and conducting site assessments to preparing customized proposals and closing deals. You will work closely with both residential and commercial clients to guide them through the transition to solar energy while ensuring a smooth project handover and continued satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems, solar PV system design, and UAE regulations is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify potential customers interested in solar installations
* Develop tailored sales strategies that reflect market conditions and client needs
* Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for solar energy system deployment
* Use Sharaf DG Energy s proprietary software to create customized proposals (training provided)
* Present clear value propositions and negotiate contracts for both residential and commercial clients
* Provide proactive customer support during and after installation, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking through Zoho CRM
* Monitor industry trends, solar technology updates, and UAE solar regulations
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and project execution
Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in residential or C&I solar segments
* Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (on-grid and off-grid)
* Proficiency in Zoho CRM and MS Office
* Familiarity with solar pricing, market competition, and regional regulatory frameworks
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site assessments across the Emirates
