Job summary

Generate Capital is seeking a development administration/PM professional to support onboarding of landowners and oversee project lifecycle activities in solar PV initiatives. You will help with site diligence, energy modeling, and coordination across EPC contractors, legal, and finance teams.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure milestones and budgets are met across the development-to-construction phases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in development administration and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship building and onboarding of project landowners.
• Assist in site diligence including critical issues screening, preliminary design, and energy modeling.
• Support Project Managers in overseeing EPC contractors and ensuring alignment with contract terms and timelines.
• Assist in reviewing and managing EPC contractors, tracking deliverables, change orders, and payment milestones.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely updates are provided to stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering reviews of site-specific designs, energy models, and permitting documents.
• Coordinate internal reviews of technical submittals, RFIs, and change orders with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Track project budgets, invoice approvals, and cost forecasts.
• Maintain organized documentation in internal project management systems.
• Attend project meetings and document action items.
• Coordinate review of project documentation with utilities, interconnection teams, and permitting authorities.
• Help coordinate the project turnover process to the Asset Management team.
