Software Tester

Job Responsibilities

• Review of customer requirement in the sales phase. Active involvement in the sales offer review process to ensure testability of the requirement.
• Support risk assessment and contribute to effort estimation for testing.
• Verification of the completeness and clarity of the specification documents. Active involvement in the specification review process to ensure testability of the requirement.
• Create test specification for FAT. Prioritization of functional requirements based on risk and complexity classification.
• Specify test cases in the SW Implementation phase. Review technical designs to match specification and to ensure testability.
• Complete and execute test cases based on project specifications. Test planning (Iterations, FATs). Define SW In House Test Plan. Participate in Inhouse testing with subsystems and 3rd Party led by Integration Management. Configuration of automated tests (e.g. Load and Performance Tests).
• Execute onsite SW commissioning tests. Define and execute SW Integration Test Plan, in alignment with the Integration Manager, on site. Manage Defects' lifecycle. Decide if the release meets the quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Professional experience in testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with ISTQB CTFL or equivalent is a plus.
• ISTQB Advanced Level software testing certification or equivalent.
• Experience in software testing.
• Excellent understanding of IT and software development topics.
