Professional Services Data Transformation: Consulting and Management Positions

The PRISM Global Service Line focuses on delivering project‑based solutions using proprietary software and specialized services to solve complex requirements. It is divided into two areas:

• PRISM for Technology: Selective migration projects, typically Selective Data Transition (SDT) for clients moving to SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, SuccessFactors and Datasphere.
• PRISM for Business: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), technology‑driver logical and physical separations, and business non‑M&A reorganisations.

Our growth in recent years has been focused on SAP PRISM or ‘System Landscape Optimisation (SLO)’ projects, which support M&A activity for clients or channel partners. SDT projects are a key area of growth and differ from SLO/M&A projects in additional special concerns.

This vacancy is for a range of Management and Consultant roles, welcoming people with experience in both SAP functional and SAP technical roles.

Responsibilities

The purpose of each of these roles is to be a knowledgeable consultant who brings flair and expertise when consulting on our projects, primarily focused on a specific region.

We are seeking skilled consultants who either have a natural ability for this area of expertise, or have experience using our software; and have worked on similar projects, or have expertise in a related field.

• Act as consultant on SAP transformation projects and software.
• Speak about the SAP data model and its delivery by SAP.
• Support the resourcing and staffing office and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

The primary role will involve leading operational delivery and helping in escalations or issue resolution, as well as ad‑hoc business development support.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of five years of SAP experience.
• A minimum of six years in the IT industry.
• Ability to travel long distance when required to meet business needs.
• Good time management skills.
• Capability to liaise and work with senior staff in client and partner businesses.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong level of expertise in a relevant area of SAP or our software.
• Fluent in English (our primary global business language).
• Demonstrable experience of working a minimum of four SAP project lifecycles.
• Confidence in delivering new or existing solutions – using consulting skills to build whatever solution is needed.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in two languages (English and a local market language).
• Knowledge of three technical or functional areas of SAP.
• Experience writing a programming or scripting language or administering a database technology, including ABAP (read, debug).
• Experience working on M&A projects.
• Experience working in SAP migration projects of any kind, ideally including S/4HANA, HCM (Payroll/SF) or Analytics (BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere).
• Working knowledge of parts of the SAP functional data model.
• Experience with SAP test data & data migration solutions: SAP LT, LTMC, TDMS, LSMW.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Landscape Management: e.g., the workbench, transportation system, client structure, SolMan/CALM and how SAP and non‑SAP systems integrate and interact.
• SAP Archiving and Information Lifecycle.
• Pre‑Sales & Solutioning experience – support and solution design, including pricing of solutions and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
