Are you a forward-thinking Solution Architect with a strong background inWarehouse Management exposure to the latest technologies like AI, Blockchain, and Automation? We want to hear from you!

We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's in-house transformation team, focused on executing a large-scale Warehouse Integrated Operations (WIO) program in the UAE. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and reviewing digital strategies, systems, and automation protocols across the logistics and warehousing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate strategy and technical documents developed by the consortium

Identify technology gaps and recommend modern, industry-aligned solutions (AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.)

Advise on cost optimization and scalable technology deployment

Review IT implementation scope across eWMS, Smart Control Towers, automated storage systems, material tracking, and transport modules

Provide insight on change management strategy and adoption planning

Guide warehouse protocol development and automation process implementation

Support end-to-end execution of WIO transformation:

• Program delivery oversight
• Decision & communication management
• Quality & documentation control
