SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ANALYST/TESTER ESAT

A reputed Software company is looking for a SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ANALYST/TESTER.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work within the technical team, focusing on software design, development, and testing of web-based products.
2. Review and analyze project requirements for clarity, understanding, and testability.
3. Prepare and execute the full test cycle of software testing.
4. Perform Manual, Automation, and Performance Testing of web-based applications.
5. Create tests to identify software problems.
6. Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
7. Document test results for the software development team.
8. Recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
9. Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
10. Collaborate with developers to enhance and improve programs.
11. Research and compare similar competitor products.
12. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Experience / Skills Desired:

1. Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based Software Testing.
3. Ideally, domain experience in finance and ERP systems.
4. Experience in Manual, Automation, and Performance testing.
5. Proven experience with developing test documents, automated test scripts, and testing web applications.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Experience with Automation Tools (Ruby Cucumber, Selenium, Protractor).
8. Experience with Performance Tools (JMeter).
9. A programming background is an added advantage.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
