Position Title: Application / Software Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client: A large multinational company based in Sharjah, specializing in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity engineering services.

Job Description:

1. Manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors related to software.
2. Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and change requests.
3. Manage ongoing support, patches, and troubleshooting for existing applications.
4. Assist in testing and deployment of software updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. 25 – 40 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3. At least 5 years experience in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services.
4. With experience in leading software development teams and coordinating software updates.
