Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced TIBCO Specialist in Abu Dhabi to diagnose complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, and implement permanent improvements. You will develop scripts for monitoring, tuning, and automated deployments within TIBCO environments, collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration.

The role requires 8–12 years’ experience, strong cloud and OpenShift skills, and expertise in CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in overseeing TIBCO applications and support.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex TIBCO issues with minimal business disruption.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to enhance stability.
• Develop scripts for monitoring, performance tuning, and automated deployments within TIBCO ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms / OpenShift.
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly recommended.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is preferred.
