Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals of software development and computer science.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Back-end understanding of relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Feature Development & Maintenance: build new application features and maintain codebases.
- Code Quality & Reviews: write clean code and review peers' pull requests.
- Ensures services are monitored adequately.
- Architecture & Design: participate in system design and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshooting: diagnose bugs and deploy fixes.
- On-call rotation for production issues.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Mentorship & leadership: guide junior developers.
