Job summary

Callsign, a UAE-based security focused identity company, is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across high-throughput Java backend services and modern web interfaces. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment with Product, UX/UI Designers, and QA to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial full-stack software development experience.
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design; gRPC a plus.
• Frontend experience with modern JS/TS frameworks, preferably React; Vue/Angular welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services and modern frontend web applications.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate frontend interfaces with backend systems
• Build responsive, accessible UI with modern frameworks
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code across the full stack
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI Designers, QA, and platform teams
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, address technical debt
• Support deployment pipelines and troubleshoot production issues across layers
