Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize high-quality software modules for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environments.

This hands-on role involves ABAP coding, debugging, testing, and performance tuning to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with consultants to transform requirements into technical designs, support system integrations, and ensure smooth go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

Software Design : Collaborate with SAP EWM consultants to create detailed technical designs for implementation projects.

Coding & Debugging : Develop and implement ABAP-based solutions, perform code reviews, resolve complex bugs, and optimize code performance.

Testing & Documentation : Participate in rigorous testing cycles, including onsite integration testing, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Go-Live & Support : Provide both onsite and remote support during go-live phases and post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

4–7 years of software engineering experience with strong SAP ABAP skills.

In-depth knowledge of SAP software, ideally SAP EWM.

Good understanding of intralogistics processes.

Experience integrating SAP EWM with automation technology using SAP EWM Material Flow System (MFS) is a plus.

Strong background in clean code practices, debugging, and performance optimization.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
