This position reports to

Principal Software Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance software components in the assigned Software Engineering function, focusing on platform and application management. You will provide accurate project schedule estimates and ensure successful completion within deadlines. Demonstrating proficiency in software engineering within your area of expertise is essential. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. This role contributes to the Process Automation business for the Digital division based in Bangalore, India. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Full Stack Development: Work on both front-end and back-end of applications. Implement server-side logic using .NET and C#.
2. Microservices Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices-based applications. Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure integration and alignment with business needs.
3. Technology Stack: Utilize expertise in .NET, C#, Angular, and Kubernetes to deliver high-quality solutions. Knowledge of communication protocols like MQTT, AMQP, HTTP, Modbus is also valuable.
4. DevOps CI/CD Understanding: Apply expertise in continuous integration and deployment practices.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Technical Skills include proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and API development.
