Job description

Synopsis

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing applications that adhere to best practices and standards set by the Software Engineering chapter.

Accountabilities

• Contribute to low-level architecture and technical design aligned with high-level solutions and business requirements
• Perform peer code reviews, providing feedback to improve team quality
• Recommend coding standards and best practices
• Analyze and decompose stories into tasks within an agile development team
• Identify new frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance development efficiency
• Ensure the quality of your deliverables end-to-end
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
• Communicate effectively throughout the implementation lifecycle

Education & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience following Scrum methodology (certification preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in software development, including full lifecycle
• Knowledge of SAFe is desirable
• Experience working in a fast-paced software engineering environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to contribute to low-level and technical design
• Ability to interact with Solution Architects
• Knowledge of design patterns, industry standards, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiencies with relevant technologies and tools
