Major Requirement

Seeking a camp boss with experience managing rooms and beds using software (e.g., Da Vinci), not Excel.

Mission

• Supervise and promote activities required for the proper installation and staffing of a personnel accommodation camp, as well as manage activities related to camp life facilities.
• Manage and maintain the company's campground, including residential housing estates, catering, and entertainment facilities. Oversee workers' accommodation, ensuring customer service, maintenance, and financial aspects are addressed.

Tasks

• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Support emergency management, organize transport and medical interventions for emergencies.
• Maintain discipline within the camp.
• Conduct toolbox talks with staff on performance and safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate installation and operation of camp accommodations and site offices.
• Oversee procurement and distribution of soft furniture and site services.
• Verify daily compliance of camp and office facilities.
• Maintain properties to high-quality standards and oversee refurbishments.
• Optimize camp efficiency regarding services and costs.
• Supervise housekeeping, laundry services, and monitor stock levels of materials, fuels, and provisions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure proper preservation of perishable goods, including food.
• Manage electricity and water supplies, waste disposal, and pest control.
• Oversee catering contracts and facilities in coordination with the catering manager.
• Supervise staff/worker canteen operations.
• Ensure proper functioning of camp systems such as firefighting, water distribution, power supply, and waste management.
• Coordinate with HR for employee arrivals/departures, room allocations, and maintain records.
• Oversee daily employee movements to/from sites.
