A leading company in the luxury fashion sector seeks an experienced Social Media and Online Reputation Manager. This role involves monitoring brand mentions, responding to feedback, and collaborating with different teams to enhance public perception. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience and strong communication skills, ensuring timely and professional interactions with customers.
· Monitor all brand mentions, comments, tags, and reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and review sites).
· Respond politely and professionally to both positive and negative reviews, messages, and comments.
· Identify and flag inappropriate, fake, or malicious content or reviews.
· Report harmful or misleading posts to platform administrators (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) for removal or investigation.
· Coordinate with Customer Service, HR, or Retail teams to gather accurate responses or resolve issues raised online.
· Escalate serious complaints, recurring issues, or reputation threats to management with proper documentation.
· Prepare regular reports summarizing online feedback, common issues, sentiment analysis, and action taken.
· Suggest ideas and content that help improve public perception and highlight positive customer experiences.
· Monitor competitor reviews and reputation trends to stay informed.
· Keep updated with changes in platform policies and best practices related to online content reporting and response.
· Support other tasks as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 4+ years of experience in social media, online reputation, or community management
· Excellent writing and communication skills, with a calm and professional tone
· Familiar with online reporting tools and platform complaint procedures (Google Business, Meta Support, etc.)
· Detail-oriented and quick to respond to urgent or sensitive issues
· Able to collaborate with different departments for accurate and timely resolutions
· Experience using monitoring tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite or similar is an advantage.
