Social Media Specialist/Manager - Construction

Our well established Client in Dubai is looking for a Social Media Specialist/Manager who can elevate their online presence, generate leads, and creatively showcase their company and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase property listings, market updates, and company news.
2. Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media strategies across key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Ad Campaigns: Create and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
4. Community Engagement: Engage with their audience by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to foster a community of loyal followers.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track engagement, leads, and overall performance. Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
6. Trend Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and social media best practices to keep their content relevant and engaging.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or communications.
2. 2 years of experience working in Social Media marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field.
3. Professional qualification in Digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
4. Experience of managing Social Media Channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
5. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
6. Experience in the Construction / real estate industry is an advantage.
