Role Purpose
The Social Media & AI Media Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging visuals, and producing innovative media content. This role blends marketing strategy, design creativity, and AI-driven innovation to build strong brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and deliver high-quality content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars in alignment with business goals and campaigns.
- Schedule, upload, and publish posts while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
- Monitor and respond to followers, comments, and inquiries to strengthen community engagement.
- Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Graphic Design & AI Media Production
- Design and edit graphics, visuals, and marketing materials (posts, stories, reels, ads, flyers, and digital banners).
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality design standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative concepts and campaign assets.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and content output.
- Experiment with emerging AI platforms to introduce innovative visual styles.
- Maintain a library of AI-generated assets for future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital content creation and design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and/or Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools (Mid journey, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, publishing workflows, and trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills: bilingual (English required, Arabic preferred).
