Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, with a keen eye for engaging content and a knack for driving engagement and growth across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content planner for social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimized for each platform.
  2. Community Management: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately. Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, building relationships and driving engagement.
  3. Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategies. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, contests, and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
Requirements:
