The Social Media Specialist at Metahomes will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and data-driven professional who can oversee day-to-day social media operations, develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, and build a cohesive brand voice online. The ideal candidate will work closely with the content, marketing, and paid ads teams to ensure Metahomes' social media presence aligns with business goals and resonates with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Metahomes' brand identity and business objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion, and track performance.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media posts.
Community Management: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to amplify Metahomes’ social media reach.
Social Media Advertising Support: Collaborate with the Paid Ads Specialist to ensure social media advertising campaigns are integrated with organic social efforts.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and third-party social media analytics platforms.
Crisis Management: Develop and execute social media crisis management protocols to handle negative feedback, PR issues, or reputational risks quickly and professionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, and customer service teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in social media management or digital marketing are an advantage.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a technology or real estate industry.
Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on multiple social media platforms.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with content creation software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
Strong ability to create and curate engaging social media content (visuals, videos, written content).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple platforms, campaigns, and initiatives simultaneously.
