Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. Based in the UAE, the ideal candidate will develop engaging content, drive community engagement, and execute social strategies aligned with brand goals and regional trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Manage daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform
4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
5. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for cohesive campaigns
6. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
7. Conduct competitor research and stay up to date on regional and global social trends
8. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with media teams
9. Work with influencers and partners for collaborations and brand promotion
10. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and UAE cultural sensitivities

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms professionally
3. Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and performance metrics
4. Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
5. Basic design or editing skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns
8. Experience with social media advertising is a plus
9. Understanding of UAE social media regulations, digital etiquette, and audience behavior
