• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with brand goals and engage target audiences.
• Create compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities for audience engagement.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to create cohesive campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive success.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring the brand remains competitive in the social media landscape.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Photography & Videography (Office and Field-Based)
• Conduct office and on-site shoots as required.
• Edit, finalize, and publish photo and video content for social platforms.
• Cover corporate and marketing events (launches, networking, etc.) as needed.
• Produce a minimum of one video per week:
• ● You are responsible for organizing and managing the entire video production process—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and final publishing.
• ○ This includes coordinating with the presenter or any involved team members to ensure availability and readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundational knowledge.
• 2-4 years of hands-on social media management experience, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Certifications in digital marketing or social media management, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite Certification, are highly advantageous.
• Experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is preferred, showcasing familiarity with digital consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in English Arabic is required,
• Strong technical skills with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique social media campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
