Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelors degree in mass communication, public relations, journalism, or any relevant field.
  2. 12 years experience in a similar post.
  3. Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
  6. Computer literacy (MS Office tools).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively manage clients' social media pages, including responding to fans, moderating pages, and proactively engaging with users.
  2. Enhance clients' public image through social media platforms.
  3. Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers is managed efficiently.
  4. Perform activities based on clients' needs, such as listening, monitoring, or proactive engagement.
  5. Ensure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
  7. Achieve high-quality results with only general supervision.
  8. Effectively communicate the company’s mission.
  9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
