Job description

• Develop and execute a strong content strategy for Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Plan and create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that align with the brand’s voice
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone across all platforms
• Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, community management, and DMs
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to improve engagement and reach

Public Relations:

• Build relationships with fashion influencers, bloggers, media outlets, and stylists
• Coordinate collaborations, gifting, and PR drops with relevant personalities
• Pitch brand stories to publications and secure press features/interviews
• Plan and support events, pop-ups, or brand launches from a PR perspective
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management and/or PR, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
• Strong visual sense and creative storytelling skills
• Good understanding of UAE fashion market and influencer landscape
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Experience with paid campaigns, partnerships, or events is a plus
