Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to boost reach and brand visibility

Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, paid social)
• Design and write content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create consistent brand messaging
• Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and HubSpot
• Support the creation of promotional materials, landing pages, and marketing assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency
