Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Content creation & activation:

  • Develop creative, engaging, innovative and impactful social strategy and content including copywriting, asset creation and timely activations.
  • Manage the social media budget efficiently and develop targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels adapting content to suit different channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (photographers, graphic designers) on social media content.
  • Ensure coverage at photo shoots, in-store product launches, and promotional campaigns for content capture and live posting.
  • Collaborate with others in the Marketing team to build storylines and curate content, developing social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms and activate the content via reels, stories, and more.
  • Efficiently manage the usage of effective posting/scheduling tools on different platforms.
  • Lead ad hoc real-time content creation to extend and enhance brand reach.
  • Optimize social content according to best practices, trends, and innovations.
  • Collect, upload, and manage all new UGC images in folders for shared use.

Influencer marketing:

  • Source, build, and engage a strong influencer network and pipeline.
  • Lead influencer program from ideation and pitching to campaign execution in partnership with PR agency (when necessary), including paid and organic product seeding, events, and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create and present campaign guidelines, brand standards, and goal expectations to influencers.
  • Negotiate (when applicable) with influencers to determine compensation and trade-offs.
  • Own and lead sourcing, ordering, and distribution of brand goodies to influencers.
  • Ensure influencers and their content stay on brand and meet requirements. Regularly assess and report on influencer campaigns to maximize the value of investment.

Social listening & community management:

  • Social customer service: Build processes and ensure a seamless experience for our fans via social channels.
  • Manage social listening strategy and initiatives by monitoring social media conversations, creating listening dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

Measuring performance & reporting:

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance of social media marketing using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights and recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Audit and analyze social media performance including costs and returns.
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Social Account Administrator:

  • Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Manage routine audits of all brand and location social accounts.
  • Create accounts for new locations and new social platforms as deemed necessary.

Other:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager and work alongside the rest of the marketing team on delivering against Brand goals, including supporting on cross-functional projects outside of immediate remit.

Qualification:

  • Overall 5-8 years of total experience (preferably from Retail, Fashion, home industry).
  • Must have video editing and Photoshop experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics on channels - Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Enable to create content on social media channels.
  • Brand awareness and must have a strategic mindset.
  • Channel Optimization on YouTube.
