A leading luxury brand is seeking a Digital & Social Media Manager to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Responsibilities include developing innovative content strategies across platforms and managing influencer programs. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in digital marketing within premium sectors and exhibit strong creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Digital Coordination: Create high-impact visuals, videos, and multi-channel activation strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media).
Influencer marketing: Source, build, and engage a strong influencer network; lead influencer programs from ideation to campaign execution, including paid and organic product seeding, events, and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Social listening & community management: Monitor social media conversations, create listening dashboards, reports, and insights. Track competitor activity within social media spaces.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key campaign metrics, media reach, and event ROI; deliver reports and insights to inform strategic improvements and align with group-wide goals.
Social Account Administration: Oversee social media account design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
