Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling multimedia content (copy, graphics, reels, executive quotes, short-form videos) aligned with brand and audience expectations to enable meaningful online community interaction.
  • Develop creative, engaging, innovative, and impactful social strategies and content, including copywriting, asset creation, and timely activations.
  • Manage the social media budget efficiently and develop targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (photographers, graphic designers) on social media content.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to build storylines, curate content, and develop social media timelines for product launches, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Creative & Digital Coordination: Create high-impact visuals, videos, and multi-channel activation strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media).

Influencer marketing: Source, build, and engage a strong influencer network; lead influencer programs from ideation to campaign execution, including paid and organic product seeding, events, and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Social listening & community management: Monitor social media conversations, create listening dashboards, reports, and insights. Track competitor activity within social media spaces.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key campaign metrics, media reach, and event ROI; deliver reports and insights to inform strategic improvements and align with group-wide goals.

Social Account Administration: Oversee social media account design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience, preferably in premium retail, luxury fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Video editing and Photoshop skills.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics on channels like Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Ability to create content across social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on brand awareness.
  • Channel optimization experience on YouTube.
  • Arabic speaking is preferred.
