Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Executive to join a leading luxury fashion brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a content creator at heart, with proven experience managing social media platforms, creating compelling visual and written content, and driving engagement across digital channels.

You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online voice and storytelling, aligning content with the brand’s high-end image, and reaching our upscale audience across the GCC and beyond

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, video, copy) tailored to each channel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Engage with the online community, monitor social conversations, and manage responses in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends in fashion, digital content, and social media best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
  • Work closely with influencers and stylists to coordinate collaborations and content opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong background in content creation — photography, videography, short-form editing, and copywriting.
  • Proven experience managing social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Arabic speaker preferred; strong written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong aesthetic sense aligned with high-end/luxury branding.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
