The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing
effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement,
and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of
social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.
• Manage and update company social media profiles. Up to 5 accounts with different SOW.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
• Identify trends and opportunities in social media landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media platform updates and best practices.
• Measure and report on performance of social media campaigns against goals.

Daily Tasks:
• Develop graphic, image, and video content.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Interact with followers and build relationships.
• Track brand mentions, industry news, and competitor activity.
• Any additional tasks that may arise
Weekly Tasks:
• Content Calendar
Plan and schedule content for the upcoming week.
• Analytics Review
Analyze platform performance and identify trends.

Oversee ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities.
• Reports
Prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports.
Monthly Tasks:
• Social Media Audit
Evaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strategy Development
Create and refine social media strategy.
• Campaign Planning
Develop new campaigns and promotions.
• Platform Optimization
Explore new features and updates on social media platforms.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two to three years of experience in social media management and content
creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut for graphic and video editing softwares.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Arabic is a plus
• Must have the ability to create on trend content.
• Must be able to communicate and manage clients.
