Job Description: • Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. • Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts. • Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community. • Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement.
