Tasks

CAIZ is seeking a crypto and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will maintain and strengthen our brand presence as leaders in the crypto space by managing our existing social channels. The ideal candidate is actively engaged within the crypto sector, experienced with platforms like Twitter and YouTube, and eager to explore new trends and cultures in crypto. You will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of CAIZ’s social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content for social media posts and campaigns
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
• Run live events and AMA sessions
• Manage multiple social accounts and campaigns simultaneously, adhering to deadlines
• Generate innovative social media ideas and campaigns
• Engage with the community about our services
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Identify new platform opportunities and expand current channels
• Coordinate social media distribution of research reports and product launches

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager
• Experience in community growth, preferably within crypto exchanges, wallets, or Layer 1 ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and trending topics
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Level of Studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
