Job description

Crowd is a global marketing agency amplifying demand for brands worldwide. Founded in 2012, we have offices in key business hubs globally. Our Dubai team is expanding, and we are looking for a bilingual (English & Arabic) Social Media Manager to join us on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Social Media Director, this role will suit an ambitious and experienced social media professional who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Finance and governmental sectors, with Arabic fluency and AI knowledge.

About the job
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored to platform-specific audiences.
  • Oversee daily social media activities, including posting, commenting, and community interactions.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimise workflows and improve efficiency in content creation and performance analysis.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Plan and produce video content, including reels and TikToks, utilising trending features and transitions.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide strategic insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, e.g., Community Managers and Copywriters, to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee the implementation of partnership and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with minimum 2 years in an agency.
  • Proven track record of working with the finance industry and/or governmental organisations.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and performance optimisation.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience in GCC/MENA and EU markets.
  • Video editing and photography expertise.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools.
