Evershare, a London-based digital marketing group, seeks an AI-driven social media lead who will own strategy, design, video, copy, publishing, and reporting for its brands and clients.

You will direct AI production, build workflows, and ensure outputs meet quality gates while delivering measurable learning to shape future campaigns. Fully remote with varied projects across industries.

Qualifications

About Evershare

Evershare is a London-based group that provides digital marketing services and runs a portfolio of its own brands. AI is central to how we work: every role, process and deliverable goes through AI before it goes through a person.

The role

You will run social media for Evershare, its brands and selected clients by directing AI. You own social media end to end: strategy, research, design, video, copy, publishing, community management, live reporting and client contact. You are the director, editor and quality gate; AI is the production team.

One person in this role is expected to produce what a team of three used to, using AI for design, video, research, translation, scheduling and reporting. You will direct, review and improve these outputs, finding suitable tools or building workflows where needed.

You own the whole journey, from idea to published content to measurable learning that shapes the next piece. Alongside delivering the work, you will build workflows that make the next campaign faster, stronger and easier to run.

The AI-first rules you will work to

• AI first, hands second: identify the AI tool or workflow before starting any task. Work manually only when no tool can do it, and record why
• Build once, reuse always: maintain prompt libraries, brand-voice guides, templates and automations in the shared company workspace
• Test new tools every week

Location: Remote.

Requirements

Essential

• A portfolio of social content, design and video created with AI, including the prompts or workflows behind it
• Daily, confident use of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for research, strategy, copy and analysis, including custom instructions, projects or custom GPTs you have set up
• Working experience of AI image tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Canva AI or Higgsfield, and AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen or CapCut AI
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to recognise and quickly improve unnatural AI-generated copy
• At least two years of experience running social media for brands or clients
• Organised, self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work remotely across several brands at once
• Ability to produce design and video through AI workflows, document how you work and have your output measured

Nice to have

• Ecommerce, food retail, travel or hospitality marketing experience
• GoHighLevel, ClickUp and Google Analytics 4
• Paid social experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
• Basic SEO and experience repurposing social content for blogs and newsletters
